Our team executed Guppy in four integrated tracks: product scoping, interface design, system architecture, and full-stack implementation. We guided the client on best practices for monetization, scaling, and launch planning, balancing speed with long-term flexibility.
We created detailed wireframes to align the feed experience, payment flows, and user roles (artists, supporters, charities).
We built the mobile app in React Native and developed the backend using PHP/Yii2 with PostgreSQL and S3 for media handling.
We implemented PCI-compliant tokenization, split-payout logic, and a full admin control panel for moderation and fund routing.
GitLab CI/CD pipelines powered our development lifecycle across dev, staging, and production environments.
