VREB came to us with a simple but powerful idea: buyers should be able to schedule real estate showings as easily as ordering a rideshare. Process

We developed a four-phase roadmap, moving from foundational account flows to listing management, then on to mobile development and real-world testing. This was tightly scoped to ensure rapid feedback, with room for feature refinement and alpha-to-beta iteration. We ran parallel tracks across product strategy, UX design, engineering, and roadmap advising. We brought clarity to edge cases, MVP scope, and go-to-market tactics, acting as both builders and thought partners to the founding team.

Solution

NITM worked with the VREB team to define their user segments, feature sets, system architecture, and rollout plan. We delivered a custom scheduling engine, verified listing flows, mobile-ready interfaces, and an admin system that allowed brokers to manage access and track demand. We handled everything from early product strategy through prototype delivery.
